General Information
The Tufts Daily is a daily newspaper operating out of Medford, MA. We have a print run of 4,050. Our papers are distributed free of charge throughout the Tufts University Medford campus as well as in the surrounding Somerville community. We reach an audience of more than 8000 students, staff and community members.
We are the only daily newspaper at Tufts University.
We print whenever the university is in session. A PDF of our 2007-2008 print schedule can be seen here.
Submitting an Ad
Ads must be submitted as a file with a .doc or .pdf file extension. Processing charges may apply if ads are submitted in another format or in hard copy. Contact us for more information.
All ads must be submitted at least two business days in advance, before our office closes at 3 p.m. We require pre-payment from new advertisers.

Note: New advertisers must pre-pay for their ads. All departments must pay with Tufts University IDR forms. Student groups must pay with TCU requisition forms.

Online & Insertion Rates and Information
We sell two types of online ads. Full banner ads (468 x 60 pixels) and rectangles (300 x 250 pixels). Ads are priced per 10,000 page views. Banner ads are priced at $75/10,000 page views, rectangles are priced at $60/10,000 page views. Please contact us if you are interested in online ads.
We also offer insertion. Insertions are priced at $500/insertion. Discounts are not available. 4300 copies are required for each insertion. Insertions must be mailed directly to our publisher:
