More water balloon throwing at Zeta Psi The Tufts University Police Department (TUPD) received a call around 3:50 p.m. on April 17 from a passerby complaining that three individuals were launching water balloons from the roof of Zeta Psi fraternity at 80 Professors Row. (0) comments
