The Rev. Scotty McLennan signs a copy of his new book "Jesus Was a Liberal: Reclaiming Christianity for All," in Goddard Chapel yesterday evening. McLennan, the dean for religious life at Stanford University, gave a talk about the book as part of the Ofice of the Chaplaincy's Forum on Religion and Media series.

I agree with the other comments. No giving Scotty a full write-up and proper cover of his insightful talk is a SHAME. SHAME on the daily for not giving better cover to one of Tufts' own greats.

Hey I agree! As a UU minister, Scotty is one of the bright lights in Religion circles. He served at Tufts for over 15 years and no mention of is talk, no quotes, no interviews, no asking the many people at the talk what they thought of the presentation, no report on the many, many questions and answers exchanges that happened.
Very sad reporting.

It is a real shame no one from the daily was able to report on the terrific presentation that Scotty gave. Or how the Chapel had over 50 people in attendance; students, faculty members, staff and folks from the local community.
