Video: Checking in with women's lacrosse

On April 30, Tufts women's lacrosse triumphed over Trinity to advance to the NESCAC Championship Semifinals. After a season with many ebbs and flows, the Jumbos have now won six consecutive games. Video journalist (and varsity lacrosse player) Meg Hatton recently caught up with three of the team's senior leaders to look back on the season — and their four years at Tufts.

Video: First-years reflect on Civic Semester in US Southwest

​​Tufts Civic Semester is a program for incoming students that combines academic work and on-site organizational visits. In fall 2021, the Civic Semester cohort spent its first semester in the American Southwest exploring topics such as indigenous sovereignty, immigration rights and environmental justice.

32BJ Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the union that represents custodians at Tufts University, held a rally on Oct. 29 in front of West Hall in protest of C&W Services’ failure to extend its contract and meet its demands.
