This letter is in response to yesterday's News article "McKissick receives teaching award" (Apr. 4, 2006).
As a Tufts alum and a community health grad, I feel like the student body could not have made a better choice for Professor of the Year.
Professor McKissick's passion for health policy can only be topped by his inexhaustible interest in his students.
I don't think I have ever had a professor so dedicated to challenging his students, let alone one so interested in being challenged himself.
Tufts continues to strengthen its academic reputation with professors like Gary McKissick on its roster.
