Editors' Challenge - Week 1/2

So last week, we realized we hadn't gotten our act together to make predictions for Sunday games. To our credit, we sobered up in time to get Monday's games in (thus the two-game record under everyone's names). Unfortunately, Layout was still drunk, and the box never made it in Friday's paper. So we're running it today, with the full knowledge that these games happened yesterday (with the exception of Pittsburgh-Jacksonville).

Taking an early lead is Kelley "I swear I didn't look at the scores" Vendeland, whose Tuesday morning picks of Monday night's games are enough to place mammoth asterisk next to her perfect 2-0 record, although her atrocious picks for next week will likely even out the records (Kansas City and Houston? Really, Kel?) The same goes for Andrew "I will SHOW you my betting receipts" Silver, who's well on his way to another medal-winning performance with some decidedly shifty after-the-fact picks.

Alex "Ka"Bloom, Liz "the sequel" Hoffman, Andrew "Going" Bauld, and Rachel "Bob" Dolin, made up the 1-1 pack, joined by Evan"With an S" Clinchy, who shirked his assistant editor title and joined the rest of the masthead. Tom Eager "Beaver"payed the price for banking on his hometown Redskins and inexplicably picking the Raiders over San Diego, and sits at 0-2. A late addition to the roster is Sports sellout Dave "Pom-"Pomerantz, who, in his own words, "doesn't even need Monday's picks because I won't miss one all season." And we're off!!
