Details: Daniel Mejia, an assistant professor of economics at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia will talk about the production and trafficking of narcotics. The presentation is part of the 2008-2009 Seminar Series sponsored by the economics department and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
