In the Dec. 6 front-page article entitled "Reslife did not run background check on new assistant hire," a quote was incorrectly attributed to Vice President of Human Resources Kathe Cronin. In actuality, Office of Residential Life and Learning Director Yolanda King said the following in an e-mail to the Daily: "At this time, we only conduct background checks on the non-student, live-in staff in the residence halls. The administrative assistant and staff assistant do not have [keycard] access to the residence halls."
