902 : Career wins of Bob Knight as a Div. I men's basketball coach, the most in men's college basketball history. Knight retired midseason from his position at Texas Tech on Monday after a career that spanned 42 years with tenures at Army, Indiana, where he won three national titles, and Texas Tech.

6 : Goals surrendered by the ice hockey team Saturday in its loss to Hamilton, which currently sits at the bottom of the conference ladder. Prior to that game, Hamilton had scored only 39 goals through 17 games. The Jumbos hadn't been much better over the same stretch, scoring only 45 goals themselves over that span.

259 : Dollars paid by LeBron James in fines and court costs after the Cleveland Cavaliers star guard pleaded no contest Monday to a charge of speeding. James was clocked driving 101 mph in a 65 mph zone at 3 a.m. on Dec. 30, his 23rd birthday.
