Top Ten | Hippest Old Ladies

When the words "hip" and "old ladies" are put together, the word "artificial" usually isn't very far behind. However, as the 69-year-old Madeleine Albright taught us yesterday, older women don't have to settle down and bake cookies once they hit Social Security age. When you think about it, your grandmother is probably one of the cooler people you know -who else gave you all the candy, junk food and birthday presents you wanted when you were little? Correction

Monday's News article entitled "TUPD works to prevent gym robberies by securing entrances" incorrectly referred to the thefts in Cousens Gym as robberies. They were in fact larcenies. Robbery, unlike larceny, requires the forceful appropriation of another's belongings.

Andrew Bauld | You Can't Steal First

The other day my roommate and I went through one of our typical "What if?" scenarios, the inane hypothetical that typically follows the formula, "Would you [blank] for a million dollars?"
