Mind the Gap: Feminized fear

On the first day of sixth grade, a popular girl had a crush on me. (I know because she later confessed this to me at a birthday party.) She had thought I was a boy, with my awkward bowl-cut/bob hybrid and lime green cargo capris. Perhaps this was because I was in the habit of wearing an oversized Gumby ...

On Queer: On income

@jumbo_geese: My personal favorite Instagram (besides my own, let’s be real here). “But anonymous Rainbow House author,” you think, “There are no geese at Tufts!” Ah, of course, except for that most elusive (or, rather, not elusive at all) breed of fowl: the Tufts Canada Goose. That’s right, ...

'Muslim at heart:' Muslim students discuss experiences, relationships to their faith

Over the past month, the Daily sat down with four practicing Muslim students and asked them to share their stories and talk openly and honestly about their faith. The discussions were open-ended and the topics the students touched on included their thoughts about God, where they locate themselves within the Muslim community on campus, the Trump administration and the mounting politicization of their religion in national discourse.
