Matt and Kim, Shaggy, and BØRNS to perform at Spring Fling

Concert Board announced that this year’s Spring Fling headliner will be indie-pop duo Matt and Kim, with opening acts by rapper Shaggy and indie-pop artist BØRNS. The announcement was made last night at the annual Battle of the Bands event in Hotung Café  through a video that was played to a crowd of approximately 50-60 attendees.
