The Chateau adds to Arlington's burgeoning cultural revolution

Once a dry (liquor wise) and sleepy town, Arlington has turned around its once- lethargic character and is now the site of a myriad of multi-cultural eateries. A jaunt down Massachusetts Ave. is vastly different than it was, say, two years ago.
