Jumbos split week of fierce competition

The men's lacrosse team dropped a crucial game on Saturday to Wesleyan University, putting a halt to a three-game winning streak. The heartbreaking 13-10 loss came at the heels of an 8-7 victory over Bates College on Thursday. The squad, now 8-5, enters its final game of the season against cross-town rival MIT tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. The bout will be the deciding factor in the team's first East Coast Athletic Conference (ECAC) playoff berth in well over half a decade. MIT, which is currently ranked just a spot behind the Brown and Blue, will pose a major threat to the team in tomorrow's match.
