Raptors making a lot of noise in the East

If the first half of the NBA season is any indication, it appears that the Toronto Raptors will reach the playoffs for the first time in their five-year history. If the season ended Wednesday, they would finish tied with the Charlotte Hornets for fourth place in the Eastern Conference.
