To those who see fault in the logic of non-cooperation
April 11After reading the April 5th Viewpoint, "The Faulty Logic of Non-Cooperation," I could hardly contain my frustration. I can't decide if it's sweeping generalizations about liberals, the narrow-minded characterization of non-cooperation as a vague and hollow protest, the belief that people are trying to hold the protest just to be self-righteous, or the decision to take words from my previous Viewpoint completely out of context in attempt to make the protest seem illegitimate that bother me the most.
Tell Congress It's Time to Step It Up
April 11Whenever I hear someone tell me that global warming isn't real, I cringe. The consensus within the scientific community points only in one direction. Climate change isn't just a theory; it is a process already in progress that will have serious consequences within all of our lifetimes. And what are we doing about it? Well, pretty close to nothing.

Top 10 | Marathon Movies
April 11Out-of-state freshmen may not yet be acquainted with the beautiful Massachusetts's holiday of Patriot's Day. There's no obligation attached and really no reason for it besides getting out of work to go watch the Boston Marathon and marvel at Matsuzaka's pitching during the early start at Fenway. A few people, who for some sick reason think running is fun, turn this leisurely holiday into the hardest day of the year by actually running in the marathon. If you aren't much of a runner, you can still get the feeling of accomplishment without breaking a sweat by viewing these 10 movies (with running in them, obviously).

NOLA Needs Help
April 11It's midnight and you're walking down Decatur Street, on the outskirts of New Orleans' French Quarter. To your left is Jackson Square, a park full of lush, flowering trees typical of the city. Across the street, the Moonwalk stretches along the bank of the Mississippi River, now black and vast in the night.
Weekender Interview | Idris Elba
April 11Starring alongside Hilary Swank as her character's devoutly religious, miracle-debunking assistant Ben, Idris Elba delved into the supernatural world of "The Reaping." A seemingly controversial film, "The Reaping" provided Elba with an intriguing character and unique plotline that sparked his interest in the film, one of quite a few major motion pictures he has been involved in this year.
Andrew Bauld | You Can't Steal First
April 11On this day 40 years ago the Boston Red Sox began a season unlike any other. They won their home opener against the Chicago White Sox 5-4.
