Women's Swimming and Diving | National qualifiers mark a successful season for Jumbos swimmers and divers

For most of the women's swimming and diving team, the NESCAC meet marks the pinnacle of its season. But this year, four Jumbos - two swimmers, senior tri-captains Chloe Young-Hyman and Jess Bollinger, and two divers, junior Kendall Swett and freshman Lindsay Gardel - did not turn in their suits after the NESCAC meet Feb. 18 and will compete in Div. III nationals March 8-10 at the University of Houston.

Concert Preview | Bang Camaro's choir sings hard rock hallelujahs to heavy metal gods

To say that Boston's own Bang Camaro is one-of-a-kind is an understatement, but you wouldn't know that at first listen. If you're a "Guitar Hero II" enthusiast, you may only know the band set to headline Paradise Rock Club tomorrow night in the context of having one of the most frustratingly challenging songs in the video game. What you may be missing is that the band's massive sound is largely due to the fact that instead of one lead singer, the focal point of most metal bands, Bang Camaro has about 20.

New England Baptist Hospital ends its partnership with Tufts-NEMC

New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) and Tufts New England Medical Center (Tufts-NEMC) announced in September 2006 a planned partnership to build a new 190-bed hospital in the Boston suburbs. NEBH, however, has recently postponed the partnership in order to discuss suburban expansion with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC).

Hockey Season Recap | Hockey team's rocky season ends in disappointment

At the start of the 2006-07 season, the Tufts hockey team's locker room was nothing but optimistic. Senior co-captain John Murphy described his teammates as "probably the most talented team we've ever had," and declared that "if we finish any lower than fourth in the league, that will be disappointing."
